YFCGrievingTeens, a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 organization, operates several websites including and YFCGrievingTeen's policy is to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Guiding principles:

Your identity, unless you choose to reveal it to us, remains anonymous as a visitor to our websites. If you do reveal your identity to us, we do not rent or sell your information.

In the more detailed language below, you’ll see that we do attempt to identify which website pages our guests visit and how they use them. The sole use of this information is to help us make our websites more usable and relevant to people who access them and to understand how people utilize our sites.

In order to do this, we utilize industry-standard statistical software that helps us track usage patterns. Below is a more detailed description of the safeguards we’ve instituted to guard your privacy while honoring your requests for service.

Website visitors:

YFCGrievingTeens provides grief support groups or individuality as directed by the school district that we visit or work in conjunction with in texts, calls, home visits, or meetings with students and their parents. We are not therapists but facilitate groups to support individuals, groups, and families in grief. We volunteer our time while on campus or working in conjunction with school counselors, teachers, and or administrators. In general we provide grief educational information from an array of sources, authors, and experts, but you should not substitute text messages received from YFCGrievingTeens or information on our website for professional advice.



This statement covers YFCGrievingTeens groups, individual support, text messages, as well as website and social media content. Please read this statement carefully. By subscribing to YFCGRIEVINGTEENS’s text messaging service,   newsletter, or accessing this site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using the YFCGRIEVINGTEENS website or text messaging service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.
